- Cilantro – Handful, finely chopped.
- Mint – 1 bunch, leaves washed.
- Green chillies – 3
- Sev (optional) – 1tbsp – (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sev_(food))
- lime – 1/2, squeeze the juice.
- Salt – to taste
- In a blender add Cilantro, mint leaves, green chilies, sev, lime juice and salt to a blender. Blend to a fine paste.
- Add a little water if required.
serve with appetizers: cutlets, samosa, dumplings or use as a spread on cold or hot sandwich.
