Mint Chutney


  • Cilantro – Handful, finely chopped.
  • Mint – 1 bunch, leaves washed.
  • Green chillies – 3
  • Sev (optional) – 1tbsp – (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sev_(food))
  • lime – 1/2, squeeze the juice.
  • Salt – to taste
  1. Method

  • In a blender add¬†Cilantro, mint leaves, green chilies, sev, lime juice and salt to a blender. Blend to a fine paste.
  • Add a little water if required.

serve with appetizers:  cutlets, samosa, dumplings or use as a spread on cold or hot sandwich.
