Okra Potato Fry
Ingredients
- Potato – 2 cubed and boiled
- Okra – 2 cups, chopped.
- Chili powder – 1tsp.
- Garam Masala – 1tsp.
- Turmeric powder – 1tsp.
- Lime juice – 2 tsp.
- Mustard seeds – 1tsp.
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro – 4 sprigs, finely chopped.
- Curry leaves – 1 sprig, finely chopped
- Oil – 1 tbsp.
Method
- Heat oil in a pan at medium, add cumin and mustard seeds let it crackle.
- Add curry leaves, cook for a few seconds.
- Add okra let it cook until light brown.
- Add potatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala sand slat to taste, mix and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add lime juice and cilantro. mix well.
