Craisins in Vinegar

(keeps for weeks)

In a pint jar add:

  • 1/2 cup craisins,
  • cover with sherry vinegar or rice vinegar or white balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar

Soak for at least one hour.

Add them to chicken salad, braised greens or toss in salads.

When you've consumed all the craisins, save the now infused vinegar to use in recipes like our Dressing for Blue Cheese Slaw.
