Cascading Kitchen Notes

Zucchini Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Greek yogurt
  • 1 large or 3 smaller zucchini--peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 T cacao powder
  • 2 scoops of favorite chocolate protein powder

Method

Put everything into a heavy duty blender and blend till smooth.  Enjoy right away.
