Yogurt Honey Dijon Dressing
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt
- 4 Tb Dijon mustard
- 6 Tb honey
- Zest from one lemon
- Juice from one lemon (about 3 Tbs)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Lots of fresh black pepper
*options- 1 Tb of miso or 1 clove of minced garlic
This will complement the bitter greens like radicchio,
Plus it’s nice paired with beets and a fresh goat cheese.
