Blackhawk Tips
We suggest mixing whole wheat and white flour pasta half and half. The white flour pasta is highly processed and cuts out so many nutrients found in wheat. The white flour gives a more mild flavor but lacks nutrition. Half and half is a good compromise if you don't want to eat all whole wheat.

Tips for cooking spaghetti:
If you’re cooking spaghetti for a crowd, toss the drained spaghetti with ¼ cup of olive oil so it doesn’t clump together. The olive oil tends to keep the sauce from sticking to the pasta, but when you’re cooking for a crowd, it’s your best option.
If you’re just cooking for the family, don’t toss the spaghetti with oil. Just drain it and toss with a little bit of the sauce, until you’re ready to serve.
