Maple Vinaigrette Dressing


Serve over greens (lettuce or kale or Asian greens)/roasted beets/sliced tart apples/sugared walnuts/crumbled Montrachet or blue cheese.

Use it with this Beet & apple salad.

Maple Vinaigrette Dressing

  • ¼ cup cider or sherry vinegar
  • 3 Tb real maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp fresh black pepper
  • 2 tsp mustard (Dijon or brown mustard)

Blend until salt dissolves.

While whipping with a wire whisk add:

¾ cup light oil (olive or avocado)
