Amish Dressing

  • 1/3 C apple cider vinegar OR rice vinegar
  • 1/4 onion, hand grated
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 C. warm honey

Blend well in blender while slowly adding 1–1 1/3 C Olive Oil
