Use as a vegetable dipping sauce, serve over Veggie Pancakes or with Pita bread and Hummus.


Stir together:

  • 2 cups of whole milk yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic– minced (more if you’d like)
  • 1 cucumber-peeled, seeded and finely shredded

Allow a few hours for the flavors to meld.
