Maureen’s Green Gazpacho with Fried Garlic Scapes

Thought you might like this pic featuring your deep fried garlic scape recipe!

I made a green gazpacho:

• cucumber,
• green bell pepper,
• 2 handfuls Asian greens,
• lemon balm,
• garlic scapes,
• blended with a couple tbls greek yogurt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt pepper and water

but the star was the garnish!
