Garlic Butter Sauce

Garlic Butter Sauce
- 1 cube of butter
- juice from 1 lemon
- 2 cloves diced garlic
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 T capers
Melt butter over low heat, add the lemon juice, garlic, mustard and capers. Cook for a few minutes over low heat to allow flavors to meld. Easy and tasty.
