Good on rice noodles with lots of veggies or over lettuce.
Dipping Sauce with an Asian Flare
- 3 Tb honey
- 3 Tb lemon juice or rice vinegar
- 1-2 Tb fish sauce
- Hot sauce to taste
- 1 clove garlic-minced
- Shredded carrots
Let the carrots and sauce meld together before serving.
Keeps for weeks in the refrigerator.
