If you cooked with us last summer we used the cookbook, “Six Seasons”. This is a terrific recipe that takes advantage of our beautiful celery. Check out page 147 in Six Seasons.
It is an unlikely combination that will wake up and delight your palate and please your tummy! For copywrite reasons we won't post it here, but this cookbook is well worth owning.
