Braised Greens and Cheesy Egg Squares

If you're not accustomed to braising a couple of bunches of greens each week, the practice will be transformative to your menus and diet.  The Pacific Northwest is wonderfully rich with Greens, especially in the Spring and Early Summer.  This video has a number of ways to start taking advantage of this season.  The mock quiche is mighty fine eating as well whether you make it for company, a family dinner or a tray of one-handed lunches on the run.
